I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP). I obtained my Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Old Dominion University. I recognize that mental health, trauma, sex/sexuality, and topics related to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) are dynamic, multifaceted, and evolving. To stay up to date on the latest advances in these and related areas, ongoing education, consultation, and training are key. That’s where I come in!
I provide trauma-informed clinical consultations for counselors, clinical social workers, healthcare providers, supervisors, educators, and other professionals desiring to increase their knowledge of and ability to provide affirming and effective clinical services to individuals of marginalized identity groups and underserved communities. Additionally, I provide trainings to groups and organizations that serve marginalized communities or who simply wish to expand their organization’s knowledge of various topics.
