At Guiding Insights, LLC it is my mission to provide quality consulting and training services to companies, organizations, and individuals to increase insight and decrease stigma regarding a variety of topics and concerns regarding mental health, sex/sexuality, trauma, and JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) matters.
I take a non-judgemental, affirmative, and trauma-informed approach to guide my clients on their journey to enhanced awareness and insight.
